![]() ![]() I'm supposed to have a year's tech support unless I'm mistaken. Got Pro Tools, Pro Tools First, or Pro Tools Ultimate Sound your absolute best with access to every audio plugin Avid has to offer-at an unbelievable. I'm at the point where I might have to call the Pro Tools Tech Support hotline. So to me, it looks like it should all be on my laptop and on Pro Tools right now, unless there's another step that I have to do. I could see different items going by and I noticed that SansAmp PSA-1 was one of them flashing by. When these things finished downloading, I just hit the extract button and watched what was being "copied". Yesterday and today, I've downloaded more Zip files, every single version of Pro Tools from v12.4 back to v10.3.10 I also installed "Xpand II 12.0 Installer", "Codecs LE 2.5.1 Installer", "DX Driver 5.9.0 Installer", "Air Creative Collection Effects 11.3.1", "Air Creative Collection Instruments 11.3.1 Installer" I wasn't sure if I needed to download these other files but I went ahead and did so anyways. Then, figuring that I didn't need to download previous versions of Pro Tools, I went and installed "Air Effects Bundle 12.0", then went ahead and installed "Air Instruments Bundle 12.0" When I originally started installing Pro Tools 12 last weekend, I started by downloading "Pro Tools 12.4.0" I still can't find those damn missing plug-ins. Man, I'm stumped! And I'm about to display my ignorance with PT and computers in general too. "Additional Value Content included with your software" Show click on the show and see if the missing plugs are there "Product Details and Download Links Show/Hide " this is the one that has PT 12, docs, and the AIR stuff. Now it could be your page maybe opening up with the first one already dropped down and showing the products Recording, re-amping, and amazing live effects Eleven Rack does it all Powerful onboard DSP gives you the amazing sound of Pro Tools effects and amp-simulation plug-ins, without taxing your CPU or adding the least bit of latency. There should be 2 selections that open drop downs ( with either Show or Hide and up or down arrows, in blue ) on them. Eleven Rack is the ultimate recording interface and multi-effects box for guitarists. A1TriggerGate: A powerful tool for achieving that gated stutter effect popular in EDM, hip hop, dubstep, house, and more. There are also key features like Safe Bass and more for added versatility. On your " My Products and Subscriptions" page click on the purple bar with your PT12 on it A1StereoControl: This plugin allows users to adjust the stereo width of their tracks or mixes using just a single knob. ![]() I am on HD but I think it should be the same: ![]() Pro Tools is the industry standard for recording software and the teams at. Together, they give artists and producers a nearly unlimited range of creative and versatile options with incredibly realistic virtual instruments and effects. The SansAmp PSA-1 would be under "Harmonics" would it not? In addition, the Eleven Lite plugin, with over 20 high-quality guitar, amp and effect models is also included. They don't show up in my list of plug-ins. Of those 36 plug-ins, I seem to be missing 22. I do have all of the 20 AIR effects but in this bundle, according to "/US/products/Pro-Tools-Software/Features" there is also supposed to be 36 more effects plug-ins. One big file for Pro Tools itself, then another big file for the AIR effects bundle, then the AIR instruments bundle. I am new to Pro Tools and not a computer guy to boot. ![]()
